Steak and Ale Pie
Good meat, good beer and good pastry – it’s clear why this steak and ale pie is a winner.
Is a welcoming place to meet and socialise any time of the year, with its open log fires in winter and spacious beer garden for the summer its a great place to visit for a drink, a meal or even to stay. Enjoy a wide selection of wines, spirits, beers, lagers and guest ales in a relaxing village pub and maybe even have "Swan for the Road".
The room we had was good for the rate although insulation would be a good idea, however the welcome form the star and local was very good. We enjoyed our brief night and will stay again if in area.
Would recommend as a base for exploring area around Kineton.
Stayed here for the weekend so i could visit my daughter in nearby Bidford, the staff were really friendly especially Amy who was really helpfull and always happy to help. Pub was busy both nights with good atmosphere and sold good quality home cooked food. Accommodation was fine and clean. I would defo stay again and I sm already planning my next booking in February.
What else one can ask for, lovely small village with this lovely small cottage and pub.Friendly staffs made my stay more enjoyable with their happy faces, and yes don't forget their Doombar, have a pint you will go for another.Nice and friendly community.I Dint have the dinner as I went for Indian just around the corner. Shower has bit of heating adjustment problem , which was sorted once told to the manager.
Situated at the centre of the village of Kineton, opposite the parish church, at the junction of Warwick Road, Banbury Street and Southam Street.
The Swan Hotel and Pub is an ideal meeting place for organisations, businesses, friends and family alike to socialise in a friendly welcoming location.
